Who Can Apply

CINP Consultants and CINP Independent Expert Bodies (CIEB) are CINP practitioners, who practice in CMDP under a contract, the applicability of which is governed by COPEC adopted by CMDP through CEB and entered into between CPMT and CINP Stakeholders by furnishing a written undertaking of compliance to COPEC. The execution, performance, and delivery of the terms of the foregoing contract shall be subject to full adherence to COPEC, which shall mention minimum expected behaviors and standards to be met by them for regularization and continuation of such contract, and the violation of which at program, reporting, and assessment level shall constitute breach of such contract itself. They shall be expected to adhere to the restrictive covenants of the contracts and full provisions thereof underlying sub-clause 24 of clause 71 of CINP-g with full applicability of clause 73 of CINP-g and amendments as may be made by issuance of notification thereunder from time-to-time, and comprise:

Category 1:   

Independent practicing-chartered accountants holding valid certificate of practice and professional firms representing such accountants holding such certificate of practice;

Category 2:   

Independent practicing registered auditors not being independent practicing-chartered accountants but who are recognized and entitled to practice such profession under a valid certificate of practice and professional firms representing such auditors holding such certificate of practice;

Category 3:   

Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI), human rights and climate experts;

Category 4:   

Financial management and IT practitioners from relevant disciplines;

Category 5:   

Individual consultants or the firm representing such consultants;

Category 6:   

Child welfare and child care specialists;

Category 7:   

Interpreter, translators, and advocates of social justice;

Category 8:   

Professional social workers, qualified medical practitioners, licensed health care and medical professionals including health practitioners, health care (including mental health) and clinical social workers; and

Category 9:   

Other (freshers holding certificates in any humanities, information and communication technology, management, and social streams – full probationary intake).
