What is empanelment fee

Empanelment fee is a fee charged to applicant for the management of probationary contract. The fee shall entitle the applicant to receive a certified copy of the Core Inclusion Nepal Program Guidelines (CINP-g). The applicant shall also be allowed to participate in an orientation program held by CINP Program Management Team (CPMT) in multiple program locations to help them become familiar with the specifics of the CINP. They shall also be entitled to participate in residential training program held by donor entities and exclusive interaction program with social volunteers and workers who come from abroad and represent the donor entities. The empanelment fee shall also cover the cost of Physical and Online Assessment Test (POAT) of probationary applicants.

3.	Npr 40000	Combine Fee for CINP-g Issuance, Web Service and login credential charges, 2 Days Orientation Program held by CPMT, Cost of POAT and 2 Days Residential Program for Interaction with Foreign Social Volunteers and Workers.
4.	Npr 50000	Combine Fee for CINP-g Issuance, Web Service and login credential charges, 2 Days Orientation Program held by CPMT, Cost of POAT, 2 Days Residential Program for Interaction with CINP Volunteers, Workers, experts and practitioners. Membership for CINP Center of Excellence (CCOE) and Union of Interest (UOI) Platforms, and Entry into CINP Beneficiary Centered Research (CBCR) and Allied Research Facilitations.
Remarks	The cost of POAT is Npr 5000, which shall be separately charged each time a candidate applies for his/her enrolment into CINP.
