The CINP Centre of Excellence is a competency or capability centre to support its member or member enterprise, hereinafter referred to as CCoE office bearer, to stay competitive and meet evolving research by driving innovation; enhance customer experience; and facilitate speedy growth. The CCoE shall serve as a think tank that is meant to share facilities to maximize intellectual holdings, provide best practices, leadership, research, training, and support for a subject area or domain to achieve business transformation through practical solutions, strategic contribution, and alignment thereby driving innovation and uncovering new strategic capabilities, market, products, and business models.
The CCoE is a team of skilled knowledge workers, who are domain experts and provide the enterprise it works for with the best practices around a particular area of interest and develop strategic leadership.
The CCoE shall help your enterprise to develop association with academia, research institution, and knowledge industries for skill development by focusing on emerging technologies and time-tested methods of doing things. The centralized CCoE shall help its members create their own office where they can assemble the knowledge and resources, develop a focal team, leverage partnership and collaboration, and communicate so as to revitalize stalled initiatives and pursue the highest level of excellence in a particular knowledge area and associated business concept by gaining economies of scale, when discovering and sharing efficiencies of operation to demonstrate values. The members are kindly requested to seek their registration to the CCoE through web platform www.symbiosis.com.np and fill the relevant form, namely, CINP Centre of Excellence Registration Form (CERF) and submit declaration of acceptance of the terms of the agreement that govern the CCoE and help CCoE staffs and members to meet requirements for resource allocation, cost management, and compliance obligations.
