In compliance with clause 39 of Core Inclusion Nepal Program Guidelines (CINP-g); symbiosis opens online registration for NGOs, CBOs, and CSOs, hereinafter collectively referred to as Prospective Partner Entities (PPE). Accordingly, as per sub-clause 4 of clause 39 of CINP-g, the registration is mandatory to seek compliance by PPE with Comprehensive Partnership Agreement Assessment (CPAA) in common portal of CINP Multiple Donor Platform (CMDP). The entities can register themselves by logging onto www.symbiosis.com.np, hereinafter referred to as Envisioned Evaluation Portal (EEP). The registration and allied documentation process shall be subject to approval by CINP Center on e-governance (CCe-g) on the basis of which all Request for Proposals (RFP)/Request for Quotations (RFQ) as to Core Model Program Development Funding (CMPDF) shall be called upon PPE. The terms and conditions including standard charges for online registration shall apply. As per sub-clause 2 of clause 67 of CINP-g, the PPE shall be entitled as CINP Approved Beneficiary (CAB) only after their successful registration at CINP Multiple Donor Platform (CMDP) portal, which shall be additionally governed by the provisions of clause 84 of CINP-g and sub-clauses thereunder. If the entities have participated in Inclusion Nepal Program Briefs (IPB) held in August 2021, their registrations would be governed by notice titled “Registration opens for listing of Prospective Partner Entities (PPE) for Core Inclusion Nepal Program (CINP) pursuant to Inclusion Nepal Program Briefs (IPB) held in August 2021” published on www.symbiosis.com.np.
